KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
Design and implement imaging pipeline block algorithms suitable for hardware, firmware and software solutions.
Evaluate the architectural design and algorithms for digital photography, computer vision or machine intelligence scenarios.
Closely work together with ASIC, firmware and software design teams to understand and improve the architecture and use cases for efficient and practical implementation.
Participate image processor architecture definition, deliver algorithm model / specification and analyze feasibility of technical and architectures.
Work with the image quality team to understand their requirements and to improve the designs.
Participate in image quality tuning methodology development, improve customer satisfaction and image quality by solving technical problems, customer support and deliver optimization
Collaborate and interface with local and global management, development and test teams to deliver a complete product solution
Regular communication via Audio / Video conference with global teams
Accountable on time delivery of deliverables
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :
BS-CS / BS-EE with at least 7 years' experience or MS with at least 5 years' experience in multimedia domain.
Strong experience on Matlab / C++ / C language with demonstrable Matlab / C++ / C programming skills.
Experience on digital imaging and computer vision methods and algorithms.
Experience in imaging and vision pipeline.
Understanding of image quality metrics.
Strong individual analysis, problem solving skills and teamwork attitude.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Experience of working with multi-site teams is preferred.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
Experience on camera ISP ASIC, firmware, or software design.
Multimedia / video / camera related system level knowledge and experience.
Deep understanding of machine learning or image / video processing algorithms for consumer photography or mobile applications.
Experience in array cameras, computational photography techniques, depth sensing cameras and others.
Bachelor, Master's or PhD degree in Electrical or Computer engineering.
