  • Manage, coach, and develop an effective and successful sales team.
  • Recognize individual strengths and develop weaknesses or each sales representative
  • Enables a results-oriented sales team to maximize their performance by effectively managing performance issues, coaching reps to elevate their performance and develop and advance top talent
  • Ability to quickly assess, diagnose and effectively coach sales reps to achieve / exceed their sales goals.
  • Carry out sales analysis for exploring market potential
  • Collect market information for Marketing colleagues to formulate marketing strategies and work with Marketing team to develop sales strategies
  • Provide clear sales direction and effective 2-way communication to the sales team
  • Build expertise in local market and payer access to prioritize targeting and effectively develop and execute pull-through of formulary access to drive sales results.
  • Provides appropriate direction in order to develop a district sales team that is consistently implementing Regional and National Best Practices .
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage through complex reimbursement issues
  • Possesses necessary disease state knowledge and selling skill acumen to effectively assess and develop their sales representatives
  • Embraces adversity and positively manages business in a changing environment.
  • Effectively executes the commercial strategy at the field level
  • Sells products ethically and in accordance with the company’s sales process, marketing strategy, and legal compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Leverage field time to better understand the customer, learn and assess market trends, and getting input from the field to provide input to internal stakeholders on various initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness and other corporate objectives
