工作內容Description : Develop 18-month demand rolling forecast through good communication with Sales and Marketing teams and using appropriate methodology.
Order & Shipment scheduling and management.Manage inventory levels to meet corporate objectives.Coordinate with HQ supply chain network.
Work with QA to ensure compliance with supply chain activities standards and required regulation (GMP, GDP).Logistics routing planning and optimization with forwarders to assure best delivery lead-
time and costs to final destinations.Collaborate with Sales / Marketing to improve demand forecast, resolve short of supply issues and optimize resource to support sales event operation.
Thorough knowledge of national & international trade requirement to align trade function with business objectives.Project management skills, with capability of proactive communication, conflict management skills to manage cross function tasks.
Major in International Trade, Economics or Business Administration5 years’ SCM / Logistics experience is must, experience in Multi-
National or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Ability to quickly grasp knowledge in relevant area.Excellent skills in MS-
Office (EXCEL and POWERPOINT) and BI toolGood analytical skills, innovative mind and healthy skepticismWell self-organized and ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities.
Good knowledge and skills in adopting technology and using software for statistical analysis, process & system enhancement.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills that facilitate working well under pressure and multiple demands.Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
Certified Procurement Professional (C.P.P.) qualification or familiar with SAP is a plus.
