Work with HR teams to define HR related issues which can be resolved via data analysis
Create appropriate data models from various sources for deepdive analysis and present key findings / issues
Based on analysis, make recommendations on policies and / or operational improvement
Support HR functions to ensure the consistency, accuracy and validity of HR data quality, and data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multitask while effectively addressing daytoday responsibilities.
Flexible for changes, quick learner, team player with high EQ.
35 years of experience in HR related fields or data management and analys is preferred
Experienced with data analytics and visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI
Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
