Own brand strategy for market. Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of Champix / Internal Medicine Global Brands (PEH Legacy), ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country


s Provide local insights and brand feedback to IMB Internal Medicine Lead / Regional TA Lead (RTAL) / Brand Implementation Lead (BIL)

s Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for a brand or TA

s Select best-fitting modules from cross-EM content; translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed

s Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)

s Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target

s Allocate and execute in country brand budget

s Cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, Account management, medical, legal with particular focus on Public Affairs and Policy to shape the external environment

s Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization

s Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes

s Working with NGOs and engaging with government stakeholders



s Brand Plan : review of brand strategies by regulatory / legal

s Campaign Development : Select best fitting modules for country needs

s Promo Meetings : Manage compliance review of materials

Shared Accountability

s Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with IMB CM / Internal Medicine Lead and RTAL / BIL)

s Long-range forecasting (with IMB CM / Internal Medicine Lead and RTAL / BIL)

s Revenue adjustments, as needed (with IMB CM / Internal Medicine Lead and RTAL / BIL)

s Develop promotional meetings strategy (with IMB CM / Internal Medicine Lead and RTAL / BIL)

s Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w / medical, regulatory)

s Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w / KOLs) in partnership with Medical and Public Affairs & Policy


Qualifications :

s 5-10 years of marketing experience

s Bachelor’s Degree; master degree or MBA desired
