By working with Regional HR team based in Singapore, the part-timer will have the opportunity to be exposed to multi-specialization in the HR function.

HR operations support throughout full employment cycle as assigned for Taiwan office.
Support Regional HR team for recruitment coordination, e.g., receiving candidates to meeting rooms, local coordination as and when required.
Support in preparation of new employees' set-up : laptop arrangement, workstation setup, stationery, business card printing, announcement etc.
exit procedure for resignees.
Support in employee's onboarding set-up :
Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour.
Support employee personnel file filing including preparation of letters, update of organizational charts etc.
Support in employees in insurance enrollment & queries on claims.
Work closely with Regional HR for relocation of foreign employees such as immigration, accommodation, schooling and shipment according to International Assignment policy.
Participate in HR projects such as the centralization & digitalization of leave and attendance management.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Regional HR based on business needs.
Administration
Support Finance & Administration Manager in coordinating office maintenance & purchases.
Purchase and maintenance of IT equipment, printing of business card, envelope & letterhead, purchase of stationery and office supplies etc.
Support Finance & Administration Manager for employee travel, including flight booking, hotel reservation, travel insurance, visa and airport transfer etc.
Maintain proper filing system of office documents including customer contracts.
Run company's errands to post office, banks, office / sundry supply, embassies, government agencies, customers etc.
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Finance
Support Finance & Administration Manager in employee's expenses / payment related checking against company's policies / payment guidelines.
