Conceptualize and develop strategies and market initiatives which drives market growth.
Advise the leadership teams on strategic business decision making, covering marketing in Taiwan, Korea, and HK.
Identify industry landscape to constantly assess threats and opportunities, prioritize engaging strategies and campaigns across the country with internal stakeholders
Define the process and resources required to the entire operation management, and hands-on all the execution plan.
Co-work and liaise with various teams such as marketing, sales, PR, etc.,
Assist with analytical projects which grows business and efficiency.
Engage with regional and cross functional team members to surface and implement best practices.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of operations, market strategy planning or consulting experience from high-
growth companies. Consulting firm, Investment bank, Global IT Software Company preferred.
Excellent and solid analytical background and loves playing with data and strategy where decisions are all made by proven numbers and results.
Master in Google sheets, excel, and SQL .
Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment.
Hands-on attitude, with ability to think big picture but also dive deep into details.
Ability to assess the business growth and provide recommendations, operational metrics, financial implications, etc.
Experience in project management, regional projects preferred.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Native in Mandarin, and proficient in English is a must.
Willingness of travel around APAC occasionally.
