Responsibilities :

  • Proactively ideate, identify, develop, and drive key strategic initiatives that deliver long-term profitable growth for Verizon Media Taiwan
  • Collaborate with finance and business unit leaders to ensure consistency of strategy across network and in accordance with the company’s long-term goals
  • Drive strategic focus on new growth opportunities and scalable programs that increase operating efficiency
  • Use creative yet concise and data-centric presentation skills to educate and persuade senior leadership on business highlights and strategic initiatives
  • Thoughtfully develop and define business requirements and KPIs that enable the business to track performance and success
  • Provide constant and clear communication of objectives, status, tactics and results to all relevant stakeholders
  • Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree required. Master / MBA degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or in-house corporate development or strategy team a strong plus
  • Strong quantitative and analytical ability bolstered by exceptional oral and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Unmatched attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent ability to listen, understand, and translate senior leadership needs, scope projects accordingly, negotiate objectives and deliverables, and activate the organization to deliver results
