To be the technical owner for the test program, and the local expert
To drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement as quickly as possible, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test flexibility improvement, test platform transfer, test efficiency improvement (RRR, R&R, SOTF), TDP simplification, etc.
To support root cause finding for customer return on ATE
To support CoNQ reduction, volume ramp-up, sourcing / flexibility
To provide leadership for resolution of test issues
To control the change on test program and test hardware using a structured process (Impulse ECO)
To maintain, and where needed improve, the documentation on the test solution
To feedback on DfT and flag IRS deficiency
To understand the device behavior and functionality to be able to efficiently deliver the first solution or carry out necessary improvements
