Source and recruit talent in a competitive talent market and strategic hiring goals.
Provide an efficient experience from application stage to offer. Evaluate skill level, drive the interview and offer process, and oversee reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
Move quickly to handle complex agreements with candidates, leveraging your experience with recruiting technical talent.
Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
Serve as a mentor, using your creative thinking skills, and act as a subject matter expert regarding all recruiting-related activities for members of the broader team.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of relevant experience in recruiting search firm or in-house staffing.
Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience in developing complex agreements with senior and / or executive-level candidates.
Experience solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
Experience in personal accountability. Demonstrated work ethic, integrity and organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, demonstrating effective customer consultative skills while working in a large-team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build robust, productive relationships.
