Description :

  • Daily operational tasks such as order entry, follow-up, and reply the inquiries from sales and customers.
  • Provide optimal customer experience by effectively resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Be a system expert and continuously fine tune process to achieve optimal speed and quality
  • Engage in various global / regional / sub-regional Operations Continuous Improvement
  • Program and coordinate with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders
  • Generate and analyze Operations report and monitor the exceptions.
  • Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Over 5 years working experience. Relevant electronics or supply chain industry is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Mature individual with positive attitude to constantly drive for better results
  • Excellent sense of teamwork and ability
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities, be able to work independently and have self-motivate mindset
  • Relevant experience in Operations / Project Management / Logistics Analysis is a plus
