  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Maintains security by following procedures; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, pick and drop off service, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Any other ad hoc assigned by managers.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • Experience :

  • A minimum of 1 years facility management experience is required
  • Competencies :

  • Technical knowledge of the different building systems (e.g. HVAC, electricity, ) is a plus
  • Skilled in budget follow up
  • Negotiation knowledge (contracts projects)
  • Very good communication skills (works within the different layers of the company)
  • Qualifications
