Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job :
Participating, Leading and managing the local KAM teams, including both sales, AS and SE from both bioMeriuex AS distributors, to pursue the short-
term sales target and the long-term company development in all the products segments within the scope of KAM.Main Accountabilities :
1.Key Account Management :
Select Key or potential big Customers and make activity plan for them.
Supervising / Participating the implementation and track performance of Key account action plans.
Highest priority to the VIP抯 satisfaction;
Boosting the total consumable sales
2.Supervision and coaching :
Monitoring and supervise the service and action for Important customers.
Supplying product promotion-training for the sales persons of distributors;
Supporting the distributors other抯 needs.
3.Assist the region manager and local marketing :
Collecting and reporting the information of marketing, distributors and competitors;
Design and Organize or participate in the customers meeting, evaluating and reporting the effect.
Assist actualizing various marketing promotion plans requested by region manager.
4.Team working :
Sharing information, expertise and experience
Work closely with all the supporting persons including other sales colleague technician, engineer, sales assistant.
Complete and share the information update of KAM project in time.
Regular reporting and documentation
Excellent products and hospitals knowledge
Follow key account management projects
Support the local distributors KA team
Train the dist team on products and sales skills
In-charge of the periodic distributor KA performance
Follow some Key accounts independently from the distributor but do not do directly sales and customer service : including CDC and Establish the list of key accounts 2010
Direct interaction with sub-dealers
Create his / her own relationship with the hospitals
Present the new products / new solutions / new tools to distributors and KAM ( training of distributors )
Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey locallyTypical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
College degree or above in Medical Diagnosis / life science or relevant fields
Over 3 years of working experience in a well known microbiology lab, a diagnostic company, or a medical device company
2.Skills and Qualifications :
Proficient in Reading and writing in English
Good computer and communication skills
Good Competence in leader ship skills and able to work under the pressure.
Excellent self initiative and objectives oriented.
