This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way. The Distribution Center Supervisor works closely with local Church leaders, members and service providers to ensure that the Church-approved materials and supplies are provided to members in sufficient quantity, appropriate quality, in a timely manner, and at reasonable cost.
This position reports to the Area Sales & Inventory Manager.
Lead a team to manage the Taiwan Distribution Center
Ensure proper inventory control by assessing customers’ needs, monitoring inventory levels, keeping accurate records, and estimating future demands
Provide essential materials, resources, and services to priesthood leaders and members timely
Ensure customer needs are met through excellent relationship management
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or a related field, with 4 to 6 years’ professional work experience. Supervisory or managerial experience highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer application software
Very strong customer orientation, anticipates and creatively resolves customer concerns
Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable initiating and cultivating key relationships; team player
Well-organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and work assignments
Self-starter who embraces personal accountability
Effective communicator both oral and written; English and Mandarin fluency required
