As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Measurement & Analytics Business Line (BL) based in Taipei City.

specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility.

These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will be responsible for sales of Industrial Analyzer within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.

Identify and develop sales opportunities.in Analytical & Force Measurement PG / Measurement & Analytics LBL / Industrial Automation business in Taipei City / Taiwan(Cn.

Tai.) country / NAS region. You will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.

Tasks :

  • Volume and Profit : Sell industrial Analyzer to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units / Product Groups.
  • Customer Relations : Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote Customer understanding of full industrial Analyzer offering, and align to provide a solution.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Sales Plans : Prepare sales plans using company tools. Perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Sales : Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transaction, contract and proposal by using effective sales techniques.
  • Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).

  • Marketing : Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
  • New Market Opportunities : Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-
  • how sharing and cross-collaboration.

  • Administration : Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
  • Offer Preparation : Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Engineering field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of Sales experience in Analyzer in industries.
  • Customer focused attitude.
  • Able to communicate effectively and be flexible and work in a team environment.
  • Thinking and acting systematically and can work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English.
