Senior) IT Analyst Consumer B2B will interact with business team through multiple discussions and brainstorming to build project scope for B2B requirements from front end system to back office reporting.

You will be involved in various stages of planning, defining business requirements, converting into functional flows, wireframe designs and building standards for UX and cross-channels integration.

Identify KPIs and SLAs for both local and global managed services. Change management requires collaborative communication and influencing ability to handle conflicting priorities, push forward deadlines with development team or taking a step back to manage stakeholder expectations / delivery timeline.

YOUR DAY TO DAY’ 1.Understand business requirements; provide maintenance and support

  • Partner with local process owners to streamline business processes for better return on investment and productivity improvement.
  • Understand business' needs and conduct analysis, development and deployment of global / regional / local application systems in compliance with Philip Morris policies and procedures.
  • 2.Execute the design, build and deployment of IT solutions

  • Manage projects with Agile / Scrum methodology or concept.
  • Review and analyze business process, procedure and user requirements to propose and develop optimized solutions to meet business needs.
  • Execute change management process & procedures and translate user requirements into functional specification for application developments.
  • Coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in application systems against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure.
  • Provide necessary documentations to support system usage and troubleshooting. Organize system trainings for end-users and power-users during system implementation.
  • Review applications during and after delivery to ensure the solution meets business needs. 3.Conceptualize Sales Information dashboard via BI tools
  • Assist to deliver accessible and user-friendly Sales Information dashboard that provides in-depth sales information data (covering various KSI reports required for FSF operations / middle and senior management).
  • This will include collaboration with IT to explore existing PMI front end reporting solutions and provide fit gap analysis from Commercial users requirements. 4.Support Field Sales

  • Assist / Back-up Sales Administrator to minimize operational downtime.
  • Training Global Helpdesk to provide 1st level support to the field sales force and liaising with local IT team for 2nd level support when required.
  • 5.Provide maintenance and support for local and global IS system solutions

  • Coordinates with global / local support team to resolve system incidents and fulfill enhancement requests.
  • Provide data extraction from the system to assist various market information analyses. 6.Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solutions and services
  • Understand PMI global Sales and marketing portfolio and comply with information technology standard.
  • Liaise with PMI global and regional IS Marketing & Sales Support group to understand initiatives and plans.
  • Align with PMI Global Service Delivery Model to ensure quality service delivered to business users. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must. Major in Business Administration, Statistics or Economics is preferable.
  • At least 5 years in Information Systems, business application design and development.
  • Minimum of 1 year project management experience.
  • Ad hoc SQL script data extraction and data correction as needed.
  • Experience in BI solution or Visualizing Reporting tool, such as Power BI or Tableau would be a must.
