Job Description

  • Responsible for HR key processes planning and execution such as job grade promotion, performance management, headcount planning and etc..
  • Responsible for related HR analytic report preparations.
  • Responsible for cross-department and global coordination throughout the whole project cycle as to achieve project goal.
  • Requirement

  • Master above degree with major in management, psychology, language and literature or related departments.
  • With 750 above TOEIC score or equivalent language proficiency level.
  • With 6 years above HR working experiences and 3 years in staffing or BP functions will be a plus.
  • With experience in planning and execution of HR key processed such as job grade promotion, performance management, headcount planning and etc..
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint tool and is able to provide insightful executive summary to management team and facilitate related HR decision discussions.
  • With experience in leading a HR project involving frequent cross-department and global coordination and fully demonstrate problem-solving skill.
