About Our Client
Our client is a leading global hygiene and personal care products company. They are now looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead their sales team and handle drugstores and wholesaler in Taichung.
Achieve the sales target in all brands in sell in, sellout and assortment distribution target.
Lead the team work with wholesalers / distributor partners and provide product training, promotion execution, sales review meeting driving growth in all brands.
Build a win win relationship with wholesalers / distributor to effectively monitoring the distribution by assortment, execution of consumer promotion, merchandising and POSM to maximize in store brand visibility, as well as effective stock management.
Build winning stores from high quality store visit including shelfing management, order taking, store detailing, product detailing, price management and promotion execution, and optimize the in store visibility in merchandizing.
Chain stores campaign planning including DM planning and execution.
Actively present the business growth opportunity and feedback the market information.
Actively coordinate with customers with positive communication if any price conflict.
Ensure efficient collaboration of sales team with cross function achieving common goals
Ensure timely payment collection according to approved payment term.
Support Channel Manager for the tasks.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree, MBA or Master degree is a plus
6 years above in FMCG company with at least 2 years managerial experience
Have a master understanding of wholesalers and Drugstore channels with proven success, with KAM experiences is a plus
Respond quickly and able to find out the solution when face to challenges
Able to handle the unexpected situation flexibly within company policy
Passionate, positive attitude, winning and can do attitude
