This person will help AWS continue to expand our business operations in TW by determining what local companies can be the partner of AWS IOT Device Partners which can develop products to run, support, and deploy using AWS IOT technologies and services.
This person also require strong Business and Go to market capability to help the partner develop go to market plan from local to global.
We are expecting this candidate can help the IOT devices partners plan on product promotion and line up sales opportunities from AWS Partner Ecosystems.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong business strategy, product management / solution definition experience in platform level products or services and go-
to-market business model experience.
This person will have sufficient industry technical skills to understand IT architecture, unparalleled communication skills (can clearly describe strategy and drill into tactics), and the ability to interact with all functions, disciplines, and levels in the organization.
This person will also be able to identify the needs of domestic and international customers and translate those requirements into business models / solutions that can be executed across the organization.
This person is responsible for lining up appropriate resources inside and outside AWS organization to support to achievement the highest standard on IOT product quality to get certified from AWS IOT Certification lab
This is a highly visible and critical position that will play a big role in the future direction of AWS China.

Roles & Responsibilities
Work Closely with AWS local Business Development team to work with major International Technology Partners (International Software Vendor) and local Technology Partners, which are related to the focus industries and domains to that particular fiscal year.
Work closely with the AWS local business Development team to recruit potential local software developer to become AWS Technology partners which are related to focus industries and domains.
Work closely with the partners to grow their business according to the strength of the partners and provide resources to help partner build up the technical and sales capability on AWS.
Manage multiyear strategic go-to-market plans to assist in expanding the identified partners Hong Kong presence and increase the partners AWS aligned portfolio.
Deploy a comprehensive program to the technology partners (both international and local) who have potential to grow with AWS.
Work with the partner and AWS business to achieve / exceed goals set by AWS leadership.
Coordinate quarterly business reviews to the Greater China / HKT senior management teams of the partner and AWS.
Serve as a member of GC Partner Ecosystems leadership team in aiding AWS leadership to create and implement its overall partner strategy for Hong Kong.
Support in positioning AWS for internal use by the partner organizations through well-target use case and TCO positioning.
Work closely with the partner and customer base to ensure they are successful using our services and making sure they have access to the required technical resources.
Communicate with partners to help ensure that AWS is the partners preferred cloud computing platform across all service and product lines.
Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work with the internal development team to aid in guiding the direction of our product offerings.
Understand and utilize external software and other internal AWS systems to monitor and track partnering performance.
The right person will possess around 10 years of account sales / partner management or business development experience in the software / internet / services industry
Good professional networking and customer / partner relationships in the Taiwan IT market, highly experienced in IoT industry and good IoT ecosystem Knowhow from both commercial and technical perspective.
Strong results driven sales sense with solid technical acumen, and a demonstrated track record of driving emerging / disruptive technologies like open source software, virtualization and Software as a Service delivery models
Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics
Track record of managing Global Enterprise Accounts, Global Consulting Firm, Global System Integrators, with all up responsibility across the entire organization
Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences. Enjoy and able to learn quick, effective present on new technology and business, good at identify, facilitate and convince customers’ decision maker
Ability to think and work creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within AWS and in the ecosystem partner organization
Experience user on SalesForce.com CRM system and related software tools to manage assigned business and account
Past experience of running a company or business operation
