Job Description Summary
This position is related to the implementation of quality assurance and quality control at site. The mission is conducted at site and can encompass simple equipment jobs to turnkey projects.
The objective is to comply with Customers requirements, regulatory & statutory requirements and GE requirements applicable to the products & services delivered.
The end goal is the release of conform products and services to our Customer.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Assure the Site Quality documentation structure is set up and compliant to the contract (e.g. Site ITPs, Site Quality Plan);
Take charge of all quality actions on site;
Represent GE Quality on site to the customer, authorities and any other external party;
Responsible for compliance actions on site and align required inspections and approvals;
Plan and lead site inspections;
Manage site documentation and assure on time delivery in good quality;
Responsible for Site Quality audits;
If necessary set up an efficient quality team on site.
Required Qualifications
This role requires with minimum 10 years’ experience in the Construction Management and Site Quality, in power plant EPC environment;
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience);
Fluent in both English and Chinese languages;
Possess Taiwan Quality Certificate issued by PCC (Public Construction Commission).
Desired Characteristics
Experience working and involving in Taiwan Power Company's project;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
Demonstrated ability to appreciate and resolve problems;
Demonstrated ability to lead project;
Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
