Online Channel Business Manager

The Role :

The Online Channel Business Manager functions as a key role in develop online business. The position works closely with different functions including Category Manager, Marketing, and other supporting teams to develop and manage online channel strategy and lead promotion to ensure the achievement of the sales target.

He / she needs the integrated capability and should have strong mind of ownership and self-motivation.

  • Develop and execute sales plan and apply strategic selling skills to meet / exceed quota
  • Develop new business in the online channel to ensure long-term growth
  • Provide product knowledge and training to increase store mindshare
  • Execute marketing / bundle promotion to lead the achievement of revenue target
  • Feedback marketing intelligence and competitor information
  • Represent company in an ethical and professional manner
  • Key Qualifications :

    For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team :

  • University Graduate or above
  • At least 5 years of relevant experiences as an account sales for online channel or a PM in Taiwan online platforms (PChome, Momo, Yahoo, etc.)
  • Experience in managing key strategic partnerships with top 50 retail business or IT channels / retailers
  • Able to collaborate with great team spirit
  • Highly influential and able to negotiate deals and achieve monthly quarterly company target
  • Empathy for what customers want to achieve
  • Knowledge of sales management, online marketing, planning and strategy development
  • Ability to effectively negotiate at a senior and executive level; building excellent relationships & business alignment with channels & retailers
  • Excellent communication; negotiation; interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong numeracy and problem solving skills
