TheCustomer Marketing Manager can engage our customers, to build strongrelationships through engaging marketing campaigns.

The mission is to build acommunity of long-term brand advocates. This position directly benefits salesand brand marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy, identifyingcross-sell and upsell opportunities, new business growth channels, to increaseloyalty and retention.

Inthis dynamic role you will build the bridge across our commercial teams and ourcustomers. You will spend significant time on the road, so we are searching foroutgoing marketers, who are effective communicators and act as a liaisonbetween customers and the rest of the organization.

High ability to workindependently and know the importance of collaborating with other functions tocreate an incredible customer experience and reach our business goals.

Thisrequires creative marketing and communication skills to engage and motivatecustomer advocates.

TheCustomer Marketing Manager’s main stakeholders are the region’s key accounts,sales / sales ops and brand marketing teams.

One of the key projects is todevelop an understanding and expertise on regional key account customers, andtheir business requirements, in order to develop customer programs thatspecifically meet their needs. .


  • Understanding potential wearers andcontact lens consumer behavior and how that can be used to maximize ourcustomers and our business;
  • Development of channel and customerstrategies that impact the front end as the wearer shopping and purchaseexperience to grow CVTW’s sales, share and preference as supplier / partner ofchoice with key strategic key accounts, as well as their sell-through toconsumers;
  • Leverage on customer brand portfolio(private labels) short and long term and added value services to grow thecategory of key strategic key accounts in region;
  • Lead cross-functional coordination tofacilitate the execution of customer strategies;
  • Close collaboration with Key Accountteam to champion the understanding of customers’ needs and business goals anddevelop strategic partnerships in key channels;
  • Nurture relationships with a selectset of high-priority customers to identify and execute strategic co-marketingopportunities;
  • Analyze data and insights withbusiness intelligence to develop and lead marketing strategies advancingcustomer business growth;
  • Implementation and execution ofcustomer-specific solutions and partnership marketing plans; aligning tooverall business goals and evaluating marketing spend priorities using keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI);
  • Collaborate cross-functional teams todrive customer-centric programs with relevant insights and knowledge from bothinternal and external sources;
  • Work with regional customer marketingteam to ensure and develop Taiwan programs and initiatives are aligned withAPAC strategies;
  • Analysis of customer marketing programeffectiveness to inform operating expense investment and program modificationsdecisions;
  • Supporting marketing team in strategy developments, event execution andteam performance achievements.


  • A degree in Marketing,business or equivalent;
  • Strong communication andpresentation skills;
  • Good team player andable to build and maintain strong working relationships, internally andexternally;
  • Proactive, Performancedriven, good analytical skills, and problem solver;
  • Advanced Englishlanguage skills;
  • Demonstratedcommunication skills : ability to manage diverse, remote and cross-functionalteams inside & outside of our company.


  • Experience in workingwith and managing your own customer base;
  • strong knowledge oforganizational dynamics;
  • proven track record ofthriving in complex business environments;
  • Experience in managingadvertising, promotion and fulfillment vendors, including selection;
  • Minimum of 6 yearsMarketing experience, including 3 years of Customer Marketing, or relatedbusiness management;
  • Experience in the visioncare category or a similar B2B2C environment would be a plus.

    Education : Bachelor’sdegree.
