Process customer orders in Oracle and ensure compliance and controls including terms, and conditions, allowed ship dates, and order change windows.

Provide customers with prompt, early and accurate information regarding status of orders, supply, shipment issues, and complaints.

Drive activities to achieve benchmark levels of delivery performance by understanding of customer demands, supply capabilities, and coordinating activities.

Drive regular customer logistics review meetings and provide regular service updates.Prepare relevant material to facilitate discussion on performance, order coverage, leadtime, review and forecast.

  • Resolve customer complaint, RMA return and invoice queries by clarifying customer's complaint; determining cause of the problem;
  • selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or settlement; following up to ensure resolution.

    Other requirements : Business related university or college degree.Fluency in English is a mustGood command of MS Office applicationsAdvanced Excel knowledge and analytical skills, Oracle system.3>

    years of experience in high-end customer service, supply chain & logistics or sales are preferred.Successful candidates demonstrate strong skill and results using high customer focus, proactivity, drive for continuous improvement, strong communication, abilities, analytic capabilities, problem solving skills, and knowledge of supply chain processes.
