  • Manage a team of cross border specialists and industry specialists
  • To manage cross border including inbound and outbound business.
  • To manage channels and events to help RM to identify NCAs
  • To create industry expertise to help RM to pitch deals
  • To work with RMs and internal partners to identify and covert target customers leveraging on different channels
  • To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on sales activities.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above (Master is preferred) with minimum 10 years of banking marketing or sales experience with sound track record.
  • Solid relationship building and management skills and strong credit analytical skill
  • Good understanding of the behavior of customers with global business and their banking needs
  • Aggressive, ambitious, and keen to create and follow up on business opportunities
  • Good command of Chinese and English in both oral and written communications
  • Yes, 25 % of the Time
