Develop healthy relationships with internal employee groups (Union, Employee Welfare Committee, ), external communities and government / labor authorities
Implement employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of employee grievances or collective labor disputes, and maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
Facilitate quarterly Labor-Management meetings, Pension Funds Committee meetings, Employee Welfare meetings) and follow up on the action items
Liaise with related parties to investigate and resolve grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence. Provide advice and guidance on disciplinary, grievance and general employee complaints.
