  • Develop healthy relationships with internal employee groups (Union, Employee Welfare Committee, ), external communities and government / labor authorities
  • Implement employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of employee grievances or collective labor disputes, and maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
  • Facilitate quarterly Labor-Management meetings, Pension Funds Committee meetings, Employee Welfare meetings) and follow up on the action items
  • Liaise with related parties to investigate and resolve grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence. Provide advice and guidance on disciplinary, grievance and general employee complaints.
  • Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, government agencies, labor relations authorities,.
  • to protect the organization’s interests.
  • Facilitate CBA negotiation every 3 years
  • Ensure all employer-employee relationships in the organization comply with applicable laws & regulations, employment policy and standards, CBA,....
