You will be expected to manage high integrity standards in;
Oversee operations for the affiliate, including a team of operational stewards who are in charge of processing material-
meeting and sample approval.
Further simplify operational processes and support Marketing Capability operations.
Deliver high quality training to onboarding of new employees who need to process operational tasks.
Conduct regular self-monitoring activities with high accuracy and in a timely manner.
Effectively communicate with brand teams, related functions and affiliate senior leadership.
You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
Lead Operating Stewards and provide coaching to support affiliate operation
Data analysis and governance excellence support
Support Affiliate materials governance in coordination with regional team.
Conduct self-assessment and data analysis on defined affiliate prioritized risks.
Communicate with each team if any gap identified and coordinate with team to develop solutions in coordination with affiliate Ethics & Compliance officer
Support documentation for sustainable control
Process Coordinator & Training
Support organizational operations
Purchase Orders, Consent, and Contracting
Serve as an experienced leader and communicator to support organizational operations and improvements
