Group / Division

The Customer Group (CG) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT.

They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process from research and development to final volume production.

Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends.

Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Secretarial function

  • Support BU administration tasks including meetings scheduling, travel arrangements, campaign gift survey..etc.
  • Generate weekly summary report for BU head and support necessary analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate and manage the new product launch support in related with logistics and data entry
  • Assist colleagues and management team by supporting them with planning and distributing information
  • To be the point of reference for all the queries, requests or issues and be an integral part of the company’s resource
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and documentation
  • Occasional reception duties if needed
  • Errands and general affairs administration within BU
  • Sales order administration

  • Sales order generation- working with sales team / product marking / configuration analyst to generate orders in SAP for allocations, configuration issues, and pricing.
  • Work with account sales manager to document the sales process data
  • Sales order renew, update and, maintenance- respond to inquiries relative to order conditions and configurations from various departments, leverage different cross-region and cross groups language / coordination / negotiation update sales order to reflect order accuracy.
  • Support order booking process- reconcile bookings dollars in the snapshot to SAP and Caerus with most updates configuration to reflect at sales order.
  • Complete order shipment- update order ship date internally (sales / BD / service team / Shipment department) and external (Customer-Supplier online, customer flight forwarder)
  • Support sales booking process and order status, forecast and / or order review. Maintain tool delivery control and forecast table and coordination with division.
  • Complete quarter-end close activities in conjunction with corporate finance / Order administration
  • Make necessary slot recommendations for master schedule changes, escalate issues to proper levels, drive shipment barriers and delivery gaps to closure.
  • Review and acknowledge divisional approval for non-standard terms and conditions following Corporate Bookings policy.
  • Concentrate support and work commitment during peak activities, such as at the end of corporate fiscal periods.
  • Cross support BU’s OA when OA is on vacation or leave (OA : order administrator)
