Strong analytical and market research skills to conduct market & industry analysis and be able to provide valuable insights for business development as well as data mining and market sizing projects.

Leverage digitalization system & platforms to support sales management

Pro-actively explore digital tools to improve productivity and efficiency

Plan, organize and execute events and activities, including client events, trainings, seminars

Coordinate with Business Planning, Specialists, and Product Teams to apply appropriate marketing / product strategy to enhance client experience and increase cross-

selling opportunities

Partner with Corp affairs, Regional & Global Marketing team to facilitate internal communications and external initiatives to promote CCB visibility internally and externally among the market and industry

Other ad hoc assignments based on business needs

Bachelor degree or above

  • Preferably 2-3 years working experience in a financial service industry;
  • Highly self-motivated individual with a strong solution-orientation; with good team spirit and high responsibility;
  • Hands-on experience in marketing development, marketing research, and knowledge on Public Relations and branding;
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

    Good knowledge of the banking industry, able to concisely articulate and explain banking product needs and solutions

    Good command of Chinese and English in both oral and written communications
