Corporate Key Account & Relationship Manager

Principal Objectives

  • This new role will be responsible for a) maintaining and
  • strengthening our partnership with key DS chains in Taiwan and securing the

    best terms and conditions for our brands in terms of location, DS

    supports / owned media to drive traffic and retain loyal consumers, 2) executing

    our corporate channel diversification strategies by growing our footprint and market share in current

    core channel, DS and explore the opportunities on other channel, ex,FSF, SMC,FSS.

  • This role will be under a
  • matrix structure and the job holder will need to work closely with Affiliate Brand

    Managers, Finance personnel, and Regional Leaders to align our real estate and retail

    operation practices with global strategies.

    Accountabilities

    Detail RoleResponsibilities / Activities :

    1. CoreChannel-Department Store Management

    Prioritize in engaging with Department Stores that

    develop mutual performance objectives.

    Proactively

    leads space & location sourcing, lease negotiation for our existing and

    Ensure

    our Brands secure / retain the best spaces and locations in the most cost-

    and time- effective manner.

    Cultivate

    and maintain excellent relationships with retailers, landlords, and real

    Build

    and manage corporate events.

    2. Channel DiversificationDevelopment Management

    Develop the

    affiliate knowledge and commercial strategy for alternative brick &

    mortar distribution channels (FSF and SMC, other new channels, etc.) and identify

    potential opportunities in FSS.

    Keep

    abreast of the market trends -

    initiate retail geographic studies, monitor market evolution trends, city

    mapping, and competitor research and feasibility study on new opportunities.

    3. Support the Brand teams in order to retain long-term relationships with Retailerand successfully negotiate to increase revenues for the company

    Support the Brand managers for all retailer negotiations.

    Identify opportunities for counter / store development with retailer, and

    work with ELC Brands to best capitalize of these opportunities

    Establish a long-term relationship strategy with retailer and work

    across Brands to achieve this strategy

    Lead all multi-Brand negotiations with retailer to gain economies of

    scale and additional negotiating leverage for smaller / less in-demand Brands

    4. Understand and communicate competitor dynamicswithin retailer / distribution business

    Evaluate the competitive landscape and

    evolution of retailer through regular site visits and external reports, where

    applicable

    Communicate with Brands likely future growth of

    decline of Channel business overall as well as changes in internal competitor

    environment

    5. Understand and communicate overall retailerlandscape

    Conduct market mapping and medium to long term

    analysis of the overall retail partner landscape

    Communicate overall or partner-specific trends

    relevant for ELCs businesses

    Identify upcoming medium or long term

    opportunities for ELC Brands to exploit

    6. Enhance capability of the Brands with coachingand feedback and sharing the best practices in Retailer relations

    Empower and mentor the Sales forces and share

    additional input and insights to generate a deeper understanding of the

    background of Partner management decisions and goals

    7. Company Stores / Outlet Stores Management

    Education

  • University graduate
  • Work Experience

    10 years of relevant work experience in retail

    Professional Skills

    Understanding of the country’s economic,

    political, social, cultural, and business landscape and issues

    Good industry knowledge and network of

    relationships in the industry with customers, distributors, retailers,

    suppliers, advertising agencies, and other business partners

    Broad and deep knowledge of the Brand and

    target consumers

  • Retail real estate negotiations from location selection to maintenance and / or
  • exit

  • Knowledge on legal process related to real estate
  • contracting and management

  • Experience in managing
  • store construction and opening process

  • Knowledge on retail store operations including
  • point of sales systems / platforms

  • Disciplined self-starter, ability to influence,
  • lead and collaborate

  • Able to work in a fast-paced,
  • high pressure and highly visible work environment

  • Excellent oral / written communication and
  • presentation skills

    and proficiency in Microsoft Office software

    Language

    Fluency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
