Purpose of Role
Responsible for handling table reservations and effectively controlling the flow of guests. Provide a warm and friendly welcome and farewell to guests, lead and seating them at the table and answer the telephone.

Answer all restaurant incoming calls, inform callers and take reservations.
Whatever and whenever attitude to guest request.
Manage reservation on TMS (Table Management System).
