Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in quality or reliability engineering of computing or network infrastructure hardware, or 10 years of experience in consumer electronics.
Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.Preferred qualifications : Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
10 years of experience in quality or reliability engineering of cloud infrastructure hardware and technology.Experience leading cross-
functional problem solving teams using practical approaches with a track record of technical leadership, de-escalation skills and executive communication.
Advanced understanding of and experience with failure analysis and fault isolation techniques and how to apply them to isolate root causes for complex technical problems.
Ability to implement quality escalation and continual product improvement processes with CM partners.Ability to effectively communicate to the project team.

ResponsibilitiesSet the proper quality and reliability priorities and mitigation plans. Drive design of experiments and collect / analyze / synthesize factory data to enable evaluation, implementation, and verification of CM’s manufacturing quality across multiple functional teams.
Define and implement Product Quality Plans during the development phase. Participate in Design for Quality review process with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
Manage factory quality issue escalation process, and address manufacturing quality related issues discovered during new product introduction and production phases.
Monitor, review and present quarterly quality performance data and metrics to stakeholders in a concise and clear way that enables data-
driven decision making.Implement production quality metric integration, and deep-dive both design / process controls and audits with CMs.
