Identify and resolve short-term capacity disconnects (execution window planning 0 3 months). Show leadership to get to results.
Load to target management and / or resource under loadings. Drive optimal factory resource loading solutions.
Demand variance analysis, check progress of products in the line and tracking for critical resource / products.
Resolve disconnects and / or underloading challenges
Interface with Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) team regarding critical disconnect discussion
Interface meeting with S&OP address transfer projects, capacity scenarios and align on communication to suppliers.
Production order management and engineering order management
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supplier execution issues and support logistics arrangement.
Collaborate key supply chain activities. Single contact window with 3PF / Subcon for SCM related issues.
