Training Management Section Manager

Description

1. Identify and assess current and future training needs

2. Develop and implement highimpact training programs that address business needs for all levels of employees

3. Manage and utilize external training resources to fulfill internal learning needs

4. Study and deploy a wide variety of training methods

5. Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness

6. Mobilize training resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness

Other Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above and major in Human Resource, Psychology, MBA, or other related fields

2. Passionate in L&D domain

3. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

4. Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills

5. Good English ability

6. Coaching or facilitation skills
