  • To help developing HXO&Prestige annual brand strategy and brand plan
  • To help in getting deep consumer / customer understanding via researches and market visits
  • To execute PR events
  • Together with Marketing Director to develop new promotion ideas and promotion plan by region and by channel
  • To coordinate with Asst. digital manager in generating media spot plan in accordance with the agreed media strategy
  • To monitor and track A&P spend and commitment in accordance with volume
  • To develop merchandising items and display guideline for both on / off premise usage
  • To set up promotion tracking database / system and provide monthly tracking report
  • To monitor and report competitor promotion activities and media spending
  • Profile

    Education : Bachelor degree is required.

    Languages : Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin & English

    Professional experience & know how :

    Minimum 4 years marketing experience within a variety of consumer goods environments (including development and launch of new products)

    good marketing sense and insights on consumer understanding brand management knowledge on the brand positioning / media / PR / promotion / research / merchandising

    Technical & management skills :

    Objective and result oriented

    Priority setting and follow up

    Cost control

    Personal & interpersonal skills :

    A high degree of personal presence with good networking, influencing and communication skills

    Good negotiation and strong social skills

    Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team orientated
