Job Responsibilities :
Lead the cross-functional team to develop pricing & reimbursement strategy and application; to ensure all key milestones on track.
Lead the cross-functional team to closely engage with key stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate real world evidence generation and local pharmacoeconomic(PE) studies to demonstrate products’ value.
Actively involve in marketing strategy development and provide sufficient insights to optimize business opportunities.
Proactively involve in healthcare policy shaping through industry associations.
Perform other duties per special assignments.
Prepare for, obtain and maintain reimbursement or other funding routes for new and established products, incorporating health economic tools into the local pricing negotiation process
Develop pricing strategies with relevant business partners and manage effective implementation including reference price systems, hospital tenders etc.
Build optimal market conditions for successful launches of new products
Scientific background (Pharmacy or related field) is essential and an additional business degree is an advantage
Public Health background is preferable
Experience & knowledge :
At least 5 years working experience in hospital, pharmaceutical companies or other related agencies
Core competencies / skills :
Quick learner and academic approach especially on clinical information
Ability to translate academic data into value propositions for drugs, and able to communicate clearly the key points
Have basic understanding on Taiwan Health Care System
Demonstrate capacity to learn and understand business
Be able to analyze the impact on business when Health policy or environment change
Good communication skills, oral and written, and have team spirit
Good English language skill and good presentation skills
Good problem-solving skill
