We are currently looking for a Digital Planning Associate Director to join us. In this role, you will be responsible to drive growth by scaling up the digital media offering to existing clients and bringing in new clients.

In this role, your goals will be :

In three months :

  • Establish a strong relationship of trust and respect within all members of the digital / planning team
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of the digital landscape, ecosystem, key client businesses (past work, challenges, future objectives)
  • Establish a strong working relationship with the business leadership
  • In six months :

  • Add incredible value to existing key clients by bringing in fresh perspectives, knowledge and experience to shape up client’s digital media plans and strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with GroupM stakeholders, partner / publisher ecosystem, key client stakeholders
  • Be able to scope out and build a new business pipeline
  • In 12 months :

  • Deliver annual revenue targets across existing and new clients
  • Drive thought leadership by crafting relevant thought pieces to be shared with clients on a regular basis, contributing to trade publications, speaking at conferences / events
  • What your day job looks like :

  • Stay on top of the Taiwan digital landscape, global digital trends, digital media / platform changes and updates
  • Overseeing delivery across clients’ digital media requirements
  • Manage senior client level consulting on digital media strategies and optimization techniques to drive effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Lead all key senior client relationships with regards to digital media
  • Develop knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trends
  • Support the group leadership on new business pitches where digital plays a key role
  • What you’ll bring :

  • Passion toward advertising, marketing, digital, data and analytics
  • High-level digital media planning skills, strategy with a clear linkage to brand / marketing objectives
  • Knowledge of a majority of tech stacks available to use for digital marketing
  • People management skills; a macro manager, not a micromanager in order to focus on the larger picture to drive business growth
  • Detail orientation and an ability to be extremely organized
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Some working knowledge on platforms such as Facebook, Google preferred
  • Client facing ability is a must with a strong grip on clear storytelling and presentation skills
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree at the very least
  • 6-8 years’ work experience with at least 4-5 years in a media agency, focused on digital media
