Client Service Supervisor

Role Purpose

Resolves telephone queries and provides deskside support for clients. Acts as escalation point for Analysts.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides first level client contact and conveys resolutions to customer issues
  • Tracks, routes and resolves all but the most complex problems which are redirected to the correct resources
  • Recognises high priority queries and takes action within the expected response time
  • Ensures proper recording, documentation and closure of queries, updating customer data and producing activity reports
  • Provides desktop support to clients as required.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • This is an Individual Contributor role
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT helpdesk experience
  • Desktop support skills including troubleshooting.
