Position Description

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Increase sales by actively selling to end users, support other specialists and representatives to develop tactical plans to reach maximize revenues.
  • Responsible for business planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts
  • Use CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness "in front of" the customer and aid sales.
  • Organize meetings / communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units.
  • Position Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Biological / Medical sciences or other relevant disciplines.
  • Over 2 years’ sales experience with proven sales track record for instruments.
  • Familiar with distributor channel management.
  • Personal Requirements

  • Good English capability in reading and writing.
