SR. MANAGER, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
THE ROLE :
The Program Management Sr. Manager will be responsible for Leading a Project Lead / Program Management team who is managing OEM / ODM programs or internal programs with co-working internal stakeholders or partners for specific programs or initiatives.
Your involvement will be substantial within AMD’s OEM / ODM programs or internal programs as a representative or focal point of GSCE (Gaming Solution Customer Engineering) customer engineering support team for graphics related program management and delivery.

Ways for you to stand out from the crowd :
Have a strong leadership as a people manager who can lead and manage a team to deliver programs or solutions.
Understand and be familiar with internal process, working model inside the GSCE or Client organization.
Understand graphics related HW / SW feature, POR features , etc. as to, externally communicate with customers and level set customer expectations, and internally mitigate gaps when there are discrepancies between internal POR and customer expectation or needs.
Familiar with Client / dgfx product interlock (graphics related portion) to ensure management of A+A platform / project expectation / critical issues.
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers in both verbally and writing, status, issues, technical concepts
Responsible, Active and Aggressive.
Have a vision to plan, lead and execute programs or initiatives towards a team and org success.
Must be able to work with a cross-national team.
Travel is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead a team to manage customers' program and deliver program on time.
Manage customers' executives or senior managements for maintaining a good relationship.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
10+ years of working experience in the OEM / ODM program management field.
Proficient experience in leading or closely working with core team / CRM to make sure graphics HW / SW delivery status on track, otherwise work out mitigation plan for any delay or gaps.
Proficient experience in leading or closely tracking with subject matter specialists, document owner, or tool owner making sure support material readiness status as planned.
Proficiency in using standard project tools (MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, etc.).
Proven track record of driving cross-functional team members with interpersonal skills to achieve mutually acceptable solution for any problem on hand.
Understanding of regional and global markets and cultures.
Possess the sense of urgency to proactively implement creative but effective solutions with agility to timely deliver above and beyond expectations especially on cross functional related issues.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS :
Bachelor’s or above degree in engineering will be preferred.
