You have both the ambition and the potential to grow into higher positions within our organization in Taiwan, for example in project development and / or project management in our portfolio of projects in the Asia-
Pacific market. The department is part of the EPC organization, managing the technical scope under the turbine supply agreement.
Your key tasks will be to participate in negotiation and execution of contracts, including work instructions, variation orders and claimsconduct technical discussions and clarifications with suppliersmanage communication and recording of technical solutions agreed with the Contractormanage Employer’s Requirements related to delivery of the technical scope, including quality and risk managementprovide team leadership and ensure human resource coordination and follow-
up within the WTG team. You’ll also ensure compliance with and integration of local legislation, standards, best industry practice, local content, etc.
into the project. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with project HSE targets together with your team.
You’ll manage QA / QC of design solutions, technical interfaces to foundations, electrical, SCADA, etc. You’ll also conduct stakeholder management towards our organization in Europe, Operations, etc.
Your responsibilities will also include delivery of WTG-related parts of the certification package, delivery of technical documentation and participation in handover to Operations.
Your competences include that you have a degree in engineering, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineeringhave considerable or extensive experience with the construction works of building offshore wind farms, including installation, test, commissioning and connection to the gridhave a proactive and systematic approach to your work and are flexible in relation to working across different time zones and in virtual mediaare used to working in and thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders in the global organizationhave experience working with authorities, certifying bodies, consultants, etc.
You speak and write Mandarin and English fluently and will support the WTG project manager and EPC management in delivering the Greater Changhua project and help the group successfully deliver offshore wind in the Taiwanese and Asia-

You should expect some traveling in relation to your work, including visits to our offices in Europe and attending meetings with suppliers in both Europe and the Asia-
Pacific. During your onboarding, you’ll be based in Denmark at one of our Competence Centres for training in our core values and strategy, internal processes and project models for executing projects.
Back in the Taiwan office, you’ll be the link to the network of technical competences in Denmark, ensuring integration between the group’s values and standards in the WTG team in Taiwan.
