The Branch S&D head (District Head) is responsible for oversight and management of assigned branch channel to provide superior client experience while delivering results that align with balanced business objectives;
developing sales plans that are aligned with overall business targets and priorities to achieve goals; inspiring and creating a motivating environment through activity-
based coaching and performance development; ensuring clients receive excellent service through ongoing coaching and monitoring of staff activities and direct interactions with clients;
and monitoring and adhering to operational controls , including legal, compliance, audit remediation, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
Manages assigned branches located in Taiwan; scope subject to management assignment .
Develops sales strategy that drives strong growth and aligns with business plan to achieve desired revenue, expense and service goals.
Sets balanced business, talent and control expectations for branch channel staff, fostering an environment in which branch channel staff work together to achieve all business goals
Integrates segment partners (e.g. product specialists) into the branch team to drive sales and ensures that all client expectations are met.
Ensures adherence to operational requirements; investigate controllable losses among branch staff; partners with Branch Operation head / Area Operations manager in conducting monthly / quarterly and ad hoc reviews.
Ensures strong control and audit performance of branch channel in collaboration with country management
Bachelors’ degree or above
Minimum 15+ years in banking; strong understanding of banking industry and operations & controls
10+ years sales management experience; ability to build teams, proven track record of driving sales, knowledge of branch controls and polices.
Able to respond effectively and timely to organizational, business and regulatory changes
