Responsibilities
for this position include test probe card, load board and tester validation on performance over process and operating condition, release test program into mass production.
Working with suppliers to improve in testing quality, OEE, and yield at manufacturing, ramping and enabling new technologies as appropriate.
Support new HW qualification for NPI, such as new type of handler, prober qualification.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
Basic understanding of digital / RF / analog functional block and electronic circuits.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Proactive working attitude.
Capable to handle new challenge.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years experience with ATE test platforms, especial familiarity with Advantest 93K test system.
Good understanding of VLSI test techniques.
Basic understanding of RF functional block
