台北市PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION : Develop Brand adidas to be the best sports brand by Brand Communications strategy through best mix of media channels and KOL relationshipsAssist Manager to provide full support in develop and execution of ATL campaign and advertorials (incl.

  • PR) according to GTM plans and goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : PlanningAssist manager to develop the brand communications plan according to marketing strategy for adidas Sport Performance brand to continuously build brand equity and maximize the impact of brand campaigns and product launchMonitor competitors’ activities and provide input to develop necessary defense plan against competitors’ aggressive marketing actionsProvide full support in development and execution of ATL campaign, advertorials and PR according to GTM plans and goalsFinancialAssist in the management of MWB spend reports and tracking sheetsFollow internal finance procedures;
  • on-going commitment and payment request forms managementFollow the advertising and advertorial budget as set per the marketing plan.

  • System and ProcessesProvide full support in the execution of ATL campaigns, advertorials and PR support plansDevelop advertising material;
  • recommendation of advertising materials from global / APAC toolkits + recommendation on local adaptation, work closely with agencies copy development, print production & TVC productionAssist Manager to support the GTM process through the development of Marketing Calendars aligned with CtC and APAC BA teamsDevelop and monitor media plans work closely with advertising agency to create competitive media advantages for adidas and develop out integrated and valuable media planDevelop close relationships with key media / influencersEnsure that adidas is informed about any new media opportunitiesMaintain a good understanding of the media market / pricesExecute the tracking system to continuously understand consumer insight / attitude and take-
