JOB PURPOSE

A financial profession who can manage business P&L and understand trade and sales / marketing operations

Sales controller is responsible for budget & LBE (Last Best Estimate) financial planning, business case analysis, RFC (Rolling Forecast) consolidation & L6 (trade spending) steering and budget control

YOUR ROLE

Co-work with sales team via weekly monitor and monthly planning for RFC & L6 spending by brand by customer

Lead KP planning task for business P&L and price / cost impact analysis

Deep dive trade investment for effectiveness and improve net sales via revenue management

Co-work with business controller to control overall financial P&L

Identify business risk & opportunity via analysis of business case cross brand & customer

Support monthly financial reporting and daily sales report

INDIVIDUALLYTASKS (TIME IN %)

Weekly & monthly RFC & L6 monitor and review by brand by customer 40%

KP planning and price / cost analysis 20%

Business case review and growth margin / profit analysis by brand by customer 30%

Financial & business reporting 10%

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above on Finance or Accounting or Business related
  • 8 years above working experience in Finance or Accounting or Business Analysis.
  • Experience of managing trade spending under FMCG industry is preferred
  • Strategic thinking and good at numbers
  • Professional skills on Window Excel & PPT
  • Good cross functional communication skills
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • WHAT THE ROLE CANOFFER YOU

  • Work with region and local GM, business controller, sales / marketing director for high level business strategy & planning
  • Provide financial advice for business investment effectiveness
  • Monitor sales demand, trade spending to help improve profitability
