THE PERSON :
Good communication, presentation and leadership skills; with ability to lead technical discussions in English & Chinese
Time management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead account / program core team to drive on time launch from design to production
Accountable for customer platform success and generation to generation improvements
Lead internal and customer engineering operational reviews and project manage any follow-up or outcomes
Prepare and deliver project status updates and reviews to key internal stakeholders
Understand customer product and technologies roadmap as well as customer needs
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement into approved engineering support process and procedures
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
Profound experience in industry - program management experience in high tech industry
Experience presenting to and influencing senior technical and business leaders
Proven experience in horizontal leadership. Agile and adaptable to changing business requirements
Experience working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment and ability to travel as needed
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS :
BA or above in Engineering (EE, Computer Science)
