The Regional Head of ETO Performance Management reports directly to the Regional COO. Missions
Contribute to the optimization of costs and improvement of ETO performance of Cardif in Asia and steering of ETO RUN activities across the Region, leveraging Quantitative Analysis, Reporting and other types of Performance Management practices, both on specific projects (such as transformation projects impacts on KPI and performance metrics) and on day-to-day operations including APAC with the IT Infrastructure & Production support services or external vendors.
Relay Corporate initiatives, define and coordinate Regional initiatives, support Local initiatives and help the countries to liaise with HO / Group in topics related to ETO performance management and cost monitoring seeking optimization at regional level each time it is possible and makes sense.
Support Regional Finance to better monitor and control the costs in the Region.Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow APAC IT Infrastructure & Production support services and costs at regional level :
Helping Asian entities to estimate N+1 budget and to analyze the annual review of charges.
Helping countries to understand the invoice by providing information from APAC.
Helping entities to better analyze and anticipate impacts of new projects / activities on APAC costs.
Challenging APAC costs evolutions when ever necessary and seeking optimization options.
Contributing to the proper steering of APAC activities and figures in relation with all parties involved at local and regional levels.
Providing and / or supporting ETO performance analysis regarding existing processes and operating models, new projects, a new activities and TPA
Analysing costs and issuing recommendations for Regional and Local Chief Operating Officers.
Liaise on a regular basis with Regional finance for costs monitoring and controlling.
Analysing automation ratio and providing optimization opportunities and / or priorities.
Helping countries to produce more in-depth quantitative analyses.
Liaising with other ETO regional functions to complete qualitative analyses by more quantitative ones.
Foster best practice sharing, know-how transfer on ETO performance quantitative analysis and management
Performing analysis on existing local / regional indicators and reports to raise awareness in ETO’s teams.
Transferring reference documentation and methods, whilst ensuring its implementation in countries thanks to pedagogic actions.
Cross sharing analysis, initiatives and best-practices across Asian countries or from other Cardif entities worldwide.
Conducting research and benchmark against industry, BNPP Group and Cardifs's best practices
Guarantee in the longer term the implementation of a complete and efficient ETO performance management scheme across the Region.
Elaborating a complete dashboard & activity reports to better steer ETO activities across the region.
Contributing to the elaboration and review of KPIs across the region and at worldwide level in collaboration with HO teams.
Setting-up at regional level or helping to set-up at local level necessary ETO performance & impacts tracking process / tools on specific topics.
Defining common objectives and KPIs whenever it is relevant.
Contribute to animate ETO Asian community :
Assisting the Regional COO in the preparation of regional meetings or seminar

7.Deep knowledge in insurance business models, processes and tools
1.Minimum of 10 years experience in process reengineering, continuous improvement with use of lean and / or in cost modelling and optimization
2.Demonstrated experience in leading others in process, efficiency and / or cost improvement initiatives with a successful implementation
