Report to Direct report to Senior Corporate Online Manager
Iimplement initiatives from the identification of a project to the eventual deployment of the solution. At any given time, the Project Specialist will be responsible for coordinating multiple large, cross functional initiatives, each having a diverse team from across the business and at times, from regional teams.
Responsible for executing a broad set of initiatives on an as need basis. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
Be comfortable that thorough testing and quality assurance has been completed before handing off a project as completed.
Responsible for monitoring and constructing materials to communicate progress, learnings, roadblocks, and plans to stakeholders.
Be expected to operate with some level of independence, leveraging the Sr. Online Manager as a sounding board and source of strategic direction.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Marketing Major (with some online media or retail study would be an advantage) or related field
3 years’ experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing and / or project management field.
Comfort with consumer facing technology and an ability to articulate its impact to brands and relevant stakeholders
Excellent communicator and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Strong attention to detail and results orientation; high work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion;
a roll up the sleeves’ attitude towards tackling a challenge
Decisive, able to make sounds decisions despite uncertainty and pressure
Smoothly handles multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
