As a Global Supply Manager, you will help ensure Google has capital equipment support for the production of the products coming from our Engineering teams.
You'll build and leverage relationships with suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery goals are met. Additionally, you will maintain supplier relationships, agreements, and assess total cost of ownership to achieve optimum results.
In this role, you'll support implementation and management of strategies to provide excellent supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance of our hardware products.
You will set up and execute a cross-functional equipment vendor selection processes with Operations and Engineering teams and help optimize capital equipment.
You'll help with vendor support services, ensure sufficient capacity for equipment production and on-time delivery, and support Engineering teams with the development of customized production processes and vendor support of production line ramp-up.
