As a Assembly Manufacturing Manager at MTB, you will be responsible for managing team members (both direct and eventual reports), planning and deciding production priorities / strategies.
In this role some of the tasks that need to carried out include planning resources (ppl, machines, logistics) based on SOS (Statement of Supply), planning and implementing continuous improvement activities, establishing and communicating performance goals for team members and ensuring training and cross-
training goals are met. Other responsibilities include managing on-shift resources, maintaining safety and quality standards in the production line.
You will be responsible for providing leadership, directional and overall management of the specialized area (Die attach, Wire bond, Encapsulation) as well as work together with counterparts from various departments to achieve Site initiatives and Global Assembly initiatives.
