Our client is one of the biggest local wine and liquor supplier with the world's most representative wine brands. Their products are diverse and cover most wine regions, and they're always investing and innovating to guarantee the purity, origin and quality of their products.
Now they are looking for a VIP Sales Manager to engage with clients directly.
Supervise and develop sales of the products in VIP channel accounts and direct sales, through strategic business partnerships, in order to increase and achieve annual sales targets.
Need to enhance key customer relationships, company branding and provide support for internal information.
Provide a hands-on, personalized customer support experience to promote brand loyalty and engagement.
Identification of customers with potential movement to wine and liquor sales.
Fulfil KPIs relating to the performance volumes and profitability of managed VIPs on a weekly / monthly basis on the brand's sales concepts and adapted sales plans of the private client market.
Reinforce the VIP service through marketing campaigns, and promotions, reporting on results of each.
Develop brand activation strategy and annual plan to drive brand development and business goals to broaden the service distribution connections.
Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness.
Provide President with any information requested for business plan preparation and strategic decisions, which includes weekly coordination and report, on work in progress, sales strategy, and key customers activities.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in selling luxury products or as a private banker with exclusive customer service and connections, with wine / liquor products is a plus.
Proven experienced with demonstrable track record in dealing with direct sales, importers / distributors, Retailers, Wholesalers, Industrials.
Experience working with customers and resolving queries - working with premium / VIP customers an advantage.
Excellent skills in Customer relations : Show a mature selling behaviour and actively drives discussions and negotiations to the benefit of the business with customers.
Passion for networking with excellent relationship building skills.
Capable of easily switching between detail reviews and strategic thinking.
Personality traits : Energetic, credible, agile, self-motivated and a team player.
